a femme centered exploration of eroticism and sensuality through the lens of yoga in collaboration with Amy Peck
Yoga for the Erotic Self
our mission
To be a collective practice of embodiment, reclamation, and liberation for women and femmes.
Through yoga and devotional embodiment, we deepen our connection to nature, the primal, and our own earthly knowing.
We practice listening inward, cultivating trust in ourselves, and relating to our bodies as living, feeling, desiring beings.
Together, we explore intimacy—with the Self, our partners, and our community—through greater presence, awareness, and authenticity.
We nurture our physical, emotional, mental, sensual, and spiritual well-being while reclaiming our relationship to desire, sexuality, and self-directed pleasure.
This is an invitation to move beyond performance and expectation, to inhabit ourselves more fully, and to cultivate a more liberated relationship with our own erotic nature.
We practice not only for our own transformation, but for the collective transformation made possible when women and femmes are empowered to live with greater freedom, agency, connection, and pleasure.

ANIMAL BODY
our mission
to be seen and witnessed your fierce, primal nature
“For three hours, we moved.
Valerie guided us through a sensual, powerful blend of yoga and dance. Katie wove mythology and goddess stories throughout the experience, inviting us to remember our own power. Then, one by one, Jin Sol gave each of us four minutes in front of the camera while a room full of women witnessed us with complete presence.
These images could be interpreted as sexy. But what I was actually expressing was grief.
The music, the pink light, the movement, the safety of the women around me... eventually the camera disappeared, the outside world disappeared, and I simply moved what was alive inside of me.
I usually hate having my picture taken. But I love being photographed candidly or when someone captures me in motion instead of a pose. It feels less like being seen from the outside and more like having something true reflected back to me.
And perhaps the most meaningful part wasn't being photographed at all.
It was witnessing the other women.
Their courage.
Their tenderness.
Their rage.
Their joy.
Their authenticity.
We spend so much energy believing our bodies need to be different. Yet as I watched each woman step into the center, I kept thinking the same thing over and over:
There isn't a woman I've met whose body isn't gorgeous and miraculous.”

Ritual Offerings intended for heart-centered community & group connection
Moon Rituals
Across time, communities have gathered in reverence for the cyclical nature of life.
By aligning with the cycles of the moon, we honor the truths of the human experience along with the moon's poetic symbology in ritual celebration; as a way to recognize the rhythms that shape our lives. Moon circles are a reclamation of togetherness. In connective ritual, we revitalize your inner landscape in the presence of others.
Katie's offerings all center community & connection. We sit in circle, form our ritual container, and invite our hearts to open. We'll be seen, heard, and witnessed in community. Katie guides an integrative meditation with breath and visualization.
"After attending my first New Moon Ceremony in 2021, I knew I had stumbled upon magic. Each time I left cleansed, deeply rooted in self, and intentionally accountable for how I show up in the world. These are safe spaces that we desperately need to cry, laugh, cultivate peace, sisterhood, and regulation for our connected hearts."
